About this property

Walnut Grove, this beautiful 1930's historic home welcomes you to Nashville and will make your visit an extra special event. The home sits on 6 manicured acres yet it is close to all the excitement that downtown Nashville has to offer. The house is centrally located being less than 5 Miles to Downtown Nashville, the Nashville Airport and The Grand Ole Opry. Enjoy the serene peace and quiet of this beautiful property while being a short drive or Uber ride from all of the excitement.
On the main level the house has a large living room with flatscreen TV, office/game room, large kitchen with breakfast nook and a large dining room with seating for 10. There is a King size bedroom on the first floor and another room with a queen size bed. There is a shared full bath next to the King room.
Up the beautiful staircase you will find a Master King room with ensuite private bath, another Master Suite with King bed and connected shared bath with a room with two twin beds and a set of bunkbeds. This bathroom has an additional dressing area.
The outside has a beautiful area for entertaining with a gas grill, hot tub, large sitting area and fire pit! You will have ample privacy on 6 beautiful acres!
Host your small event at this beautiful home! We allow small events such as baby showers, graduation or rehearsal dinners, or intimate weddings. For an additional fee you can have up to 20 extra guests for your small event. Events are limited to a maximum of 30 people including the registered guests staying at the house. All events must conclude by 11:00 pm, no exceptions. Please message me to discuss your event!

Great Family Property on Nashville

We brought 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 0-4). We were nervous that a property this old would not feel clean, but it was extremely well kept. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Loved the sleeping arrangements, shared area of the home, etc. The property is on 5 acres, and could not be in a better location. 8-10 minutes from Downtown, and 4-5 minutes from Opryland. We spent time in both, and loved how easy it was to get everywhere. Property manager was extremely responsive, and does a great job of keeping the property. We would certainly stay here again!

Spacious historic charm with easy to everything

Beautiful property! We will definitely stay here again. We stayed with our family of 4 and 1 dog, but there is plenty of room for more. We will come back with extended family as well. It's a nicely restored historic home. They have kept the historic aesthetic with updated bathrooms & kitchen for modern comfort. It was great to feel secluded, but have easy access to the city. Great place to stay! We loved the natural light everywhere, but especially in the sunrooms. Our kids (8 & 10) loved it.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for 4 couples. Great location in the middle of everything. Very clean with the exception of the hot tub. It was kind of slimy and there were no chemicals to be found. The bathrooms could use a couple more bath towels but it was manageable with the washer/dryer. I would absolutely rent this house again!

Very comfortable and enjoyable home!

This home is laid out perfectly for a family of six or seven people! We had plenty of space for all of us and we truly enjoyed the large dining room that comfortably seats a party of eight people. We lingered over some wonderful breakfasts and dinners! The property also has a very nice firepit which the hosts graciously had set up for us to enjoy. We would definitely return for a future stay!

Perfect for family get away weekend

Our family had plenty of space for eating, playing and sleeping. Enjoyed the large dining room table for the whole family to gather around. I really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Communication with property manager was excellent. Location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown. Definitely recommended.
