The NEST at Round Top is the perfect getaway for groups of all sizes—whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the city, or a fun-filled vacation with shopping, delicious restaurants, wine tastings and more—we have exactly what you’re looking for.

The 100-year-old farmhouse has been fully remodeled with all new stainless-steel appliances, excellent AC and a wrap-around porch with comfortable rocking chairs so you can take in the sounds of nature.

Outside features a wood-burning fire pit, kitchen with a dining table that seats 10, wine fridge and authentic Argentinian grill.

There's an 84" TV with Apple TV in the Guesthouse with a large, L-shaped sofa to curl up on to watch your favorite shows and there's also a 34" smart TV in the Primary Bedroom.

Round top weekend

Girls family trip to Round Top. Easy access to Roundtop. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning as much as the beautiful backyard sitting areas.

Beautiful Home

We loved everything about this house, it was super clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and super close to Round Top. There is also plenty of outdoor space to hang outside with a glass of wine! Would definitely recommend.

Great Place! Perfect for our group.

The house was awesome for our group of 11. Went on a girls’ trip to Round Top, and for this group, this house and guest house was ideal. The younger girls/women stayed in the guesthouse and the older adults stayed in the house. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would like to stay again when it isn’t raining we can enjoy all of the property.

Round Top girls vacation

We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it!

Our stay was fabulous. 8 ladies from Houston for girls weekend on a non “antiques week”, lots of fun. Check in and out could not have been easier. Not tons of instructions like others. Super clean and very very well stocked. Even a midnight storm with electricity outage could not ruin our stay. Great location for friends or families!

Taylor & Jonathan's wedding

Better than we expected! The grounds were spectacular, the outdoor kitchen and firepit added to the experience. We loved the "farm to table" garden area although we didn't have time to really enjoy it. The beds were soooo comfortable! The guest cottage was nice and my husband especially enjoyed getting a few minutes of football on the big screen TV between events. We needed a larger dining area for the rehearsal dinner so we pivoted and used the other VRBO for that event but other than that the kitchen was adequate for our group that stayed there. We will be back!

Girls Trip

We had such a wonderful time staying here, this beautiful property offered many amenities. The added touches like the bed linen spray and Wi-Fi speaker for your favorite tunes in the family room and the extras touches like (fans fans fans - over the of 55 is a must. Shampoo, soap, hairspray, trashbags baggies, k- cups and many other household & kitchen items- usually when you rent a place you have to bring these items. But they have thought of everything! we also enjoyed sitting by the fire and drinking our hot chocolate. While having backyard envy! We have many trips together and this rented ranks high in our standards. Memories Made!
