Beautiful apartment above the garage in quiet farm, minutes from Turkey Creek, I-75, 20 minutes from downtown and 45 minutes from the Smoky Mountains. Come hear the crickets and watch the fireflies while you enjoy all the amazing things Knoxville has to offer and a short trip away from the amazing National Park.!
One room with one queen bed, one tween with a trundle and a sofa bed, family room, kitchen, dinning room, laundry room, bathroom and a deck.
Guest access
The airbnb is the apartment above the garage. (please note it's in the second floor, and you will need to climb one flight of stairs to get to it!). feel free to walk the grounds, but be carefull since the floor is irregular and be careful with the animals.
The pool area is exclusive for the family, please do not enter that area or the main house.

Great location and Beautiful property

Loved the house and it is very convenient to UTK and the surrounding area. Beautiful farm property. Family couldn't be any nice and check in and check out was fantastic. Communication was great. It was not a problem for us but the family does live on-site and they have dogs that wake up early. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in late, the dogs are in the garage below the apartment. I would highly recommend this location though.

We have moved to Knoxville in 2021 after falling in love with the city and with the mountains. We found this beautiful property where we can have goats, chickens and dogs and where our kids can play safely outside and that is 10 minutes away from shopping and dining. And then we decided to open the in-law apartment for guests to share this amazing location and it allows us to meet people from all different places and backgrounds and we love it!

It is quiet and beautiful, and yet, 10 minutes away from the best shopping and dining in Knoxville, and only 50 minutes away from the Smokeys!
