*NEW* Clean Beach Retreat- 2.5 block walk to the beach

Stay in Florida like a local. This home is new, completed fall of 2020. It is nestled in the quiet Laguna Beach Community with a small town feel. The neighborhood is a mixture of new and old homes with one of the worlds top 10 beaches just 2.5 blocks away. The beach access is dedicated to this neighborhood with NO condos! The home is 1,150 square feet of open concept living. Come see what we fell in love with and why we continue to choose the quieter side of Panama City Beach as our family vacation destination.
Note: We use a *Ring doorbell system. This is for our protection and your safety. It helps us make sure house rules are followed and keep you, our guest, safe. We ONLY use it for those purposes so you can enjoy a fun and private getaway!

Everything was literally PERFECT

I enjoyed my stay for sure .. this house is beautiful it’s very convenient and clean. The beach chairs and umbrellas were definitely a plus i had to message the owner during our stay and let them know that the BESS are the most comfortable beds I’ve had at a rental property we were very impressed. BOOK BOOK BOOK is all i can Say :)

Nice home!

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The home was very nice and we loved the private backyard area with the shower. The only issue we had was walking to and from the beach with a large family. I could see how this wouldn’t be an issue for a couple and older kids but with younger ones, it was tiring after being at the beach all day.

Amazing!!

This was my second time visiting this location and just like the first time they were amazing! Dana was very responsive, and she gave very detailed instructions for the house. Everything was nice and clean, and it was close to the beach! I will be booking for a third time! Thank you for allowing us to stay here. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the one. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get!
