The elevator was broken most of our stay. 1 was totally down and the other did not work most days. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so we just used the stairs.

We enjoyed our visit. Its a nice location with good access to the beach. It has a nice pool but no hot tub.

Dirty & No response from property manager

We arrived from Disney around 7pm on 8/9/2023. 4 adults and 2 children. The unit had filthy rugs and carpet, dirty floor mats in the bathroom in front of the toilet (gross). Dirty toilets. Stained and tattered towels, and washcloths, and not enough towels to accommodate the six people we had. There were dirty scrubbers left in the kitchen sink, there were splatters on the walls, there was dirt and residue on windows, tables and blinds. The shower in the primary bathroom had moldy grout and shower curtain was moldy. The throw pillows on the bed in the primary bedroom had stains on them (totally gross). Baseboards and trim were dirty and dusty - looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks/months. The dishes and glasses were not “clean” and there was silverware with stuck on food in the drawers. The coffee maker was not clean. Washer dryer was out of order and so we were unable to use the unit as expected. I cleaned best I could so we could stay as we had 2 exhausted little ones. I sent 3 emails and called 2 times requesting a call back to see what could be done. NO RESPONSE from the management company! So sad as it is a great location and the unit is a nice size.

We had a great time! The beach was wonderful! Easy access and not crowded. Loved the condo! Very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was that we only had one key. Other than that, it was great
