Take a dip in the spa or cowboy pool with a glass of wine after hiking the park. Find serenity by practicing yoga in the desert on our huge yoga platforms. Take a walk in the mediation labyrinth or stroll the quarter mile walking trail. Star gaze under magical desert skies in the hammock circle. Grill huge meals at the outdoor kitchen. Warm your toes at the fire pit while gazing on desert buttes and snow-capped mountains. Grab a friend and play corn hole, horseshoes, or board games. Family reunions, groups, and girls retreats will find ample space to gather and create lasting memories.

Peaceful Haven

This home is a peaceful haven in a gorgeous desert! We rented this house for a multigenerational family trip and it was perfect. Very clean, a well stocked kitchen, lots of places to relax as a group but also easy to find space for a bit of alone time. The front porch swing was a favorite. We had a bit of trouble with the Wifi but it was quickly corrected. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Joshua Tree Holiday Get-away

We had a terrific time at Raven Ranch - short travel time to hike, hot springs etc., and perfect spot for our family (everyone had their own room!). Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a lovely Christmas dinner and we all fit around the table to dine, play cards etc. Wonderful holiday!

Perfect Retreat Space

New Raven Ranch was the perfect setting to host thejoyfull.com’s first women’s wellness retreat. 10 women gathered for intentional time to connect with ourselves and nature and as the host I appreciated so much about the space. Having the loft house offered a separate space to hold workshops and yoga sessions when it was a bit too chilly to have them outdoors. We used much of the outdoor amenities including the beautiful yoga platform, hammocks for stargazing, watching the sun rise walking the meditation labyrinth, and having deep conversations by the firepit. The kitchen was well stocked for making all our meals and the large dining table allowed us to enjoy community meals together. Thank you for a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space Kerry Ann!

Beautiful, peaceful place

We used this property as a home base for a wedding we attended at another venue. It was the perfect place to relax. We loved the stock pond/pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very comfortable. Clear instructions and excellent amenities.

Perfect Joshua Tree Getaway!

We had such an incredible stay at the New Raven Ranch! Everything was just as the listing/pictures showed. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals with a large group (we were 8) and the location was perfect. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and is convenient to the National Park as well as many other wonderful restaurants/experiences. Highly recommend!!

My family and I live in Los Angeles and are avid travelers. I've loved the desert and Palm Springs area for10 years and discovered the Joshua Tree area 4 years ago and fell in LOVE with the park and surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

We looked for years for the perfect place and New Raven Ranch blew us away. The views and the proximity to everything was more than we could ask for. We have loved having lots of space to entertain family and groups of friends comfortably. The loft house is a huge plus and is only 12 feet away from the main house. Sometimes the kids watch a movie in the main house and the adults hang out in the loft house, outdoor lounge and kitchen. We love the flexibility and openness of the the two buildings. It's so easy for two families, each one has their own space. The mountain views and gorgeous sunsets are so calming. It's amazing how close the house is to everything and yet how far away you feel.

What makes this property unique

If you turn out the outdoor lights at night, the stargazing is dreamy. You'll see rabbits on the property in the mornings and hear coyotes at night. And of course Harold and Maude, our resident Ravens that live in the nearby Joshua Trees.
