A beautiful 2/2.5 Townhouse at Mariner Lakes is a beautiful gated community on Perdido Beach Blvd. Across the street is your private deeded access to the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Mariner Lakes features a spacious club house with workout room, private fishing lake, tennis and basketball courts, and swimming pool. This condo is a 2 story unit with first floor has a half bath and each bedroom upstairs has it own private bath.

Master Bedroom has one king bed,
Guest Bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunks.
