We enjoyed the property. It was clean and well stocked for what we needed. There is some minor wear and tear within the property; water stains in the master bedroom ceiling from a previous(?) leak. It is hard to tell from pictures if it's a main floor condo, but that was on me. Over all the condo was clean, spacious, and a great location.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. It suited all of our needs and expectations. I loved the whole community of Point Royale and everything it had to offer. It's a great place and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Location was great, no more than 15 mins from everything you want to do. Property was clean and well stocked with supplies needed. Plenty of space for are family of 5 to spread out and relax. Communication was prompt and clear. Would recommend and come back again.

We had little ones, they loved the pools and the upstairs sleep area. The adults enjoyed watching the golfers in the sun room. Convenient location and kid friendly.

The condo was nice and very spacious with great decor as well as comfortable. The host responded quickly to all questions. The kids absolutely loved the pools. The grounds were beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed. Only comment, I was just surpised there were no condiments in the fridge.

Communication was fantastic, host was very helpful. I didn’t feel like the property listing was very accurate. The photos must be older as there are lots of dings in the walls, even a couple of holes in the wall. Could tell that it was cleaned, but really needs some maintenance & a deep cleaning. Overall a nice property and good stay, but does feel like a lot of for the quality of the condo.
