Thank you so much for staying with us, we truly appreciate your business. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than five stars. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered. While amenities such as the TV can occasionally experience unexpected issues, we would have been more than happy to send a member of our maintenance team to assist had we been notified during your stay. Regarding the water issue, we sincerely apologize, as it was an oversight and the water was not turned on prior to your arrival. Our maintenance team was able to resolve the issue promptly once it was brought to our attention, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding. We hope you have a wonderful day and safe travels.

Thank you for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you had a good overall stay and enjoyed your time in Branson. I also appreciate you clarifying the situation with the towels. I’m sorry again that your initial request for washcloths wasn’t fulfilled correctly at the time, that’s an easy but important miss on our side, especially for a group of six adults. I’m glad the team was able to later deliver additional towels and washcloths, but I understand that it didn’t fully resolve the original inconvenience during your stay. We’ll use this feedback to tighten up our response process so specific requests are handled more accurately the first time. Thanks again for your patience and for taking the time to share this.

We appreciate your review! Looking forward to your next visit.
