This property is always a joy to stay in. Service and staff are very professional and friendly. The room is immaculate. The only downside, is there is no full length mirrors in the room and there could be more lighting in the hallway where the closet is located. I stay here twice a year for a week and I would never stay anywhere else!

Always a please stay here. The one BIG complaint I have is there is not full length mirror in the Studio deluxe rooms.This is a big problem and not consistent with a high end, upscale hotel or condo. Otherwise, the service is great and the property is always immaculate.

We booked back in January for five days, four nights and did not receive notification until the week of Dragoncon that availability had changed, and was only booked for two of the four nights. Then, we had to wait to be notified about whether or not we got the remaining two nights on Friday, and ended up being told that we did not get the last two nights. Aside from that, the property was clean and had everything that was listed to be provided.
