Enjoy this amazing location. Central location to walk everywhere or take one of the free shuttles to Main Street, Park City upper base, Deer Valley and more. Cozy one bedroom condo with a pull out queen sofa bed is sitting on the 18th hole of the Park City golf course. This is a nordic ski course in the winter. Enjoy the year round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fireplace and cozy atmosphere.

Please note this condo does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. You may access the condo community coin operated washer and dryer near the condo for any washing needs

One covered parking space if you bring a car, but a car is not necessary as the condo is so close to everything. (Please see map photo showing condo location, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theater, restaurants, bus stops, ski/bike rentals, and Lower Base at PCMR). Everything is in walking distance.

Close to everything

This condo worked perfect for a quick weekend to Park City. The free shuttle is right outside which is awesome. Walk to grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks.

One bedroom unit with heated toilet paper

Simple one bedroom, ground floor unit with parking space. Parking spot is a little way from front door. Shuttle bus to ski lifts (not walk). Drive to old town Park City (not a walk). Best part was there was a heater right below the TP dispenser so heated toilet paper every time. Brilliant!
