Slecht verblijf

Niet schoon. Slecht bank bed. Servies karig.

Thank you for sharing your experiences at the holiday apartment. We encourage guests to promptly inform the keyholder of any issues, allowing for timely solutions during your stay. The hot water boiler has an 80-liter capacity and refills within minutes, which is sufficient for the apartment's maximum guest capacity.

Thank you for your feedback, Karolien. We regret that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Our team is on spot to assist in case of issues. We would like to clarify, that the apartment has an 80-liter boiler, so shorter showers are necessary for four people in a row. We appreciate your comments and hope you were still able to enjoy your stay to some extent. Your Interhome Team

Herr
