We would like to clarify, that the apartment has an 80-liter boiler, so shorter showers are necessary for four people in a row. Lieber Helmut, wir freuen uns, dass Sie die Lage optimal für Wanderungen im Fassatal fanden, bedauern aber, dass nicht alle Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.
Die zentrale Heizung des Hauses ist tatsächlich nur vom 01.12. bis zum 01.05. verfügbar. Wir bieten jedoch elektrische Heizgeräte für kältere Tage außerhalb dieser Zeit an und bedauern, dass dies nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wurde. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback, dass uns bei ständigen Verbesserungen hilft.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in der Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, um Ihnen einen rundum zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Posto stupendo, appartamento bello, clima perfetto, ma purtroppo ho trovato poca pulizia al mio arrivo in particolare modo nel bagno che visto ancora il periodo Covid 19 ritengo essenziale.

Vacanza nella pace
Un appartamento davvero carino, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza lontano dal traffico e nella pace di un paese adorabile come Penia di Canazei. Non ultimo il piacere di essere accolti con un mazzetto di fiori di campo sul tavolo del soggiorno. Una piccolezza ma davvero piacevole che ti fa iniziare la vacanza con un sorriso. Sicuramente da ritornare

Udany wypoczynek!
Dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o dotarcie na wyciąg, który wciąga na Sella Rondę. Jeśli będziecie spać na kanapie warto zabrać dmuchany materac bo ten na którym spałem to beton. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, mikrofala, w łazience pralka. Mieszkanie dobrze ogrzewane, woda w kranie ciepła :-). Uwaga na wjazd do garażu pod budynkiem, mieliśmy samochód typu mały suv + box na dachu i nie mieliśmy możliwości wjazdu zbyt niski wjazd do garażu, ale na zewnątrz jest kilka miejsce do parkowania.

Appartement met potentie
Goed gelegen appartement op ca 800 meter van de skiliften naar het primaire skigebied + aansluiting op de Sella Ronda & daarmee in verbinding met andere skigebieden. Appartement met potentie. Waardering voor de woning thans slecht/ matig. Door het plaatsen van een nieuwe, volwaardige slaapbank, vervangen koelkast door een stil exemplaar, het vergroten van de warmwater voorziening + verbeteren geluidsisolatie voordeur en scheidingswand slaapkamer wordt het een (z) goed appartement om te huren.
