Enjoy fantastic sunsets and lux accommodations when you stay at this lovely newly remodeled abode from our Bedrock collection of homes. This gorgeous home boasts a large pebble tech saltwater pool complete with seating ledge and tanning shelf. Large enough to hold the entire group easily with room to spare. Enjoy our circular spa or lounge by the pool in our deck chairs. Cool down under the umbrella or under the natural shade of the palm tree. Take a seat at one of our conversational areas with couch and chairs to admire the beautiful sunsets while partaking your beverage of choice. Enjoy meals outside at our 6-person dining table and grill all your favorites on the Weber grill. Grab the connect four game or participate in a game of corn hole. We also have board games, cards, and more to keep you entertained through your stay.

Inside on the first level we have our family room complete with a large sectional couch, Samsung Smart TV, and gas log fireplace. Prepare your meals in our stylish and functional kitchen featuring Samsung appliances for ease of use. All cookware, bake ware, and barware as well as small appliances are provided to ensure you have everything needed to prepare your feast or quick lunch. Rounding out the kitchen is a large pantry for everything you bought at Costco. Our lower level also features a powder room complete with a comfort height toilet and sink. A closet downstairs also houses a twin rollaway bed with linens for additional guests.

Upstairs is where all four bedrooms are located as well as the laundry room and two more bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, luxury linens, Samsung smart TV, ceiling fan, full length mirror and private balcony. The primary luxury bathroom features a large custom shower with seat, handheld shower wand, dual vanity sinks and a private toilet room. This room also features two separate closets with an additional twin rollaway bed for additional guests. Down the hall is two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, luxury linens, and ceiling fans. Our final and fourth bedroom features two twin beds with luxury linens and ceiling fan. All secondary bedrooms feature full closets for all your belongings. A hall bath with dual vanities and a custom tile walk in shower keep all guests squeaky clean.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023

Maximum occupancy is 12 total guests per city of Indio. No more than 12 guests are allowed on property at any time.
