It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. Visiting family for the holidays

The property was beautiful. We had a family of five and there was more than enough room. Location was great,close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We highly recommend the property.

Nice, new and clean

The place is nice, new and clean. It’s also close to plenty of things. Driving distance of 15-30 mins to anything. We really enjoyed the place and location. Appreciate having plenty of towels, dishes, etc. lots of attention to detail in this unit and provided a great place to hang between activities. Only complaint we had was extremely obnoxious, loud neighbors partying outside until 3-5am both nights. Made sleep nearly impossible.
