Make yourself at home at our lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled home, just a 6 min drive from CSUSB, 12 min from NOS Event Center, or 30 min from Lake Arrowhead. Prepare your favorite meals in our spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Supermarket is within walking distance. Enjoy your favorite Netflix shows at our open living space or a nice afternoon on the patio overlooking the mountains. We’re also fairly close to Glen Helen Regional park where you may fish, disc golf, and swim at either one of its two lakes.

We had a great stay in SB to see family and friends. Had a couple of issues with the lock but the host was amazing. She was responsive and fixed the issue quickly. We will book here again for future visits.

it was not very clean and did not like neighborhood

dirty lawn was bad no air conditioner no heat portable heaters in every room window was broke cheap furniture too low to sit no tvs in the bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 TV in a 3 bedroom house patio furniture was horrible dishwasher in the kitchen didn't work and was very dirty!!!!

I wish you had actually given the house an opportunity and would have stayed, so you could had seen why the other guests rated it 5 stars as it is in fact very comfortable and cozy. We take great pride in taking care of the details to make the house comfortable and welcoming for our guests and are always open to feedback and suggestions to help us continue to improve guests’ experiences. You must have missed reading the listing, as house heater and dishwasher are not part of my amenities listed. Yet, for the comfort of our guests, I provide portable heaters and extra blankets in every room. Kindly note that the central air conditioner works perfectly fine. I also inspected the entire house, window by window, and I didn’t see any broken windows. I do understand that the distance from my house to your relatives was not ideal for you and that I could not fix. I hope you were able to find something that was closer to them and enjoy your family festivities. Best, Amairany
