Very nice house!

The house was nice and clean there were a couple ants on the outside patio we tried to hose them down but the hose was broken. Pest control did come alstjough we didn’t see any ants inside the house The spa was nice I wish it was hotter for the evening time! But it was welcoming as it was still really hot outside. There was a Well equipped kitchen and Mendel was very helpful to us! I told him about a issue beforehand and he corrected it! Maybe some pool floaties for guest who don’t drive down as we did so we just grabbed some from Walmart. We loved the arcade games my husband played galaca all night and I think got high score!! The neighbors were cool too! It looked just as described on the photos! Maybe add some more blankets in the closets for chilly nights but I would def stay here again!! Thanks Mendel for making our stay enjoyable! Our granddaughter loved the frozen room!!

Wasn't the Worst but Wasn't the Best

I liked the rental property we rented especially for the price, which was better and cheaper than our initial property. The neighborhood was nice with great amenities for the folks in the community. Now the entrance/exiting of the resort is a hectic, there is only one way in and out with a guard station checking folks in. The traffic waiting to come into the resort was worser than Atlanta traffic during rush hour. The house was nice, however the cleanliness of the home could be better((cleaning service issue). There was hair in the master bathroom tub as well as in another bedroom. There was trash in the trash bin that wasn't ours(which you're charged 20 for loose trash). The communication from our host wasnt the best. We were 4 days into our 7 day stay before we were giving a parking pass. We contacted our host multiple times inquiring about the pass with no resolution, we were advised by security to go to the club house for assistance. Which then a pass was provided by the clubhouse representative. We paid for another night days after our first and was approved by our host. On our initial departure day house keeping came knocking saying our dates still have the original dates. It was a mess correcting that issue which was from our host forgetting to update the community. He did try to correct the mistake and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Overrall 6.5 out of 10 for lack of communication, the inconvenience of forgetfulness, and hassle entering the resort.

Amazing stay!!

This property was EVERYTHING and then some. The house is gorgeous and clean. If you have kids that like to draw on walls hide the crayons like we did. There was and entire play area upstairs with a poker table. Game room in garage. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of and so much more. I genuinely don’t know what else to say. It was an awesome stay. We did not want to leave! I highly recommend, very spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood. (Not house related but not great cell service if you have T-Mobile).
