The entire condo is available for your private use. It is located in The Landmark, a historic building in downtown Atlanta. The building has a classic feel and is slightly more dated compared to today’s modern high-rises. You’ll experience the vibrant hum of city life from this charming high-rise condominium, situated on one of Atlanta’s most well-known streets—Piedmont Avenue.
This is a self-check-in property. All check-in instructions are sent through the message section before arrival.
The building’s parking is not gated like a newer high-rise, but it is fully monitored and secured with fencing. There is only one entrance and exit to the parking lot. When you enter, you pass directly by the main lobby doors and the Concierge Desk, which is staffed part-time during busier hours. Each condominium has a specific assigned parking space. Detailed instructions, including photos and descriptions, will be sent prior to arrival through our guidebook, so you’ll know exactly where to park. The parking lot is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
All common areas, including the lobby, elevators, and basement laundry area, are also under continuous camera surveillance. Parking is free (your parking space is specific), secure, and has only one controlled ingress and egress.

We host single and married couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Americamart for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-of-state. Most guests prefer to stay in a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen and a combined living/dining room. They are looking for something more than just a hotel room - a place to relax, have drinks, cook a meal with friends, watch Netflix, or have a comfortable space to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, such as such as Marriott, Hilton, or Sheraton. In fact, we are located directly across from the Marriott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.
The pool is available for your use during seasonal times and hours. The Stone Mountain PATH is one block north of the building. You can exercise or walk the PATH to the Atlanta Beltline and to Ponce City Market. All of our condominium doors have keyless code access. All guests are given a personal code that will be deleted from the system upon departure.
