INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.



E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We always enjoy the pool when we go to Villas At Seagrove Beach when we want a break from the beach. The condo is large enough especially with the balcony that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Love these condo units!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo is a great layout and was perfect for two families our 3 kids. The beach access is not far from the property even though it was confusing our first time finding it. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our week here! Great location. I loved that we were able to walk to the perfect pig as well as brozinnnos pizza and a snow cone place! The walk to the beach was not bad at all and the condo was perfect!

Great location

We loved the space, very spacious, clean and pretty. Make sure you are okay with hearing people who are staying above you though. Also, bring extra trash bags, paper goods and condiments. Would stay again but maybe on the top floor.

Great stay and location and host. Perfect for the family

Host is spot on with answers to all questions. I used the bikes, golf, pool and beach. Only confusing part was finding the right beach access but once we did that and got the walking gate code all good. Will use this place again.

Awesome Place

We just loved the condo! Location was spectacular and attached to an excellent private beach. Tons of great restaurants and shopping close by. Well appointed for staying but I will say you need to bring the basics down to the salt and pepper. Overall 5/5!

Nice condo

We loved the condo. The condo was very clean. We had 3 couples and we had plenty of room. Beach access was easy right across the street from condo. The only issue we had was the combination to the bikes didn’t work.

Great experience!

We miss it already. Had a great time as our first VRBO. The front gate code was the wrong when we arrived but super easy to get a response back with correct one. Also there were some candy wrappers under the bed in master but didn’t bother us. Pretty clean and pleasant otherwise!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This property was absolutely the best!! It is right across the street from the private beach access! Call Tony at Southwinds beach service and he will take great care of you for your beach chair service. The townhome is PERFECT!! The only thing that needs to be changed in the VRBO listing is that this townhome is on the 3rd floor even though the listing states 1st floor. We were very surprised by that and were expecting 1st floor room. Once again, we ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay will be returning again soon!!

Spring Break

Great unit for our Spring Break vacation. Their were six of us and we had plenty of room. Unit is very conveniently located to several restaurants, and other shops. The only hiccup we had was a little miscommunication about the deeded beach access. There is deeded access, just not where the listing says. It's about 75 yards further down the road than where the listing shows. Also very little information about how to access. There are actually key fobs needed to open the gate to the beach. Once Elizabeth with Panhandle Getaways got us that info, we were all set. Btw...she was great. Very receptive to questions and worked for several hours to get us the info needed for the beach. Great unit, great location and great vacation. Will probably stay again next year.
