Relaxing weekend at the beach.

Anna’s rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The property was right on the beach, complete with a beautiful sunrise and tide pools. We took advantage of the grill and restaurant down the beach for meals. Some good things to prepare for: The kitchen is complete with utensils, but does not have spices, oils or any other basic cooking ingredients. There is also no charcoal for the grill. Overall, great experience. Thank you, Anna!

Beautiful Home

The home was very clean & Anna was very hospitable/welcoming. She was there to answer all our questions. The house was beautifully decorated inside. I recommend this house.

Amazing!!!

Casa Baja exeeded all expectations I had! Knowing that this is an off-grid location (there's no public/city sewage or electricity), I was blown away by all this place had to offer. We essentially, rented a house on the beach that has all the necessities you might need (running water, toilet, shower, lights, a freaken A/C!(run from 7 pm to 7 am on a diesel generator) and even WiFi and Satellite TV; truely, what more could you ask for?!? Ignore the other negative review; there is nothing lacking. The hostess lives right on the property and is super friendly and accommodating. If you have any issues, she'll take care of it. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Shortcomings

While we knew the property was off grid, we didn't know that using the water could be so noisy in an otherwise idelic spot. The television only provided access to Mexican language shows and was not blue tooth enabled so we could not connect our devices. The oven had no temperature gauge. Some updating is needed to bring the place into the 21st century. The property manager unlocked the doors of the rental for us but never gave us a set of keys for the duration of our 7 night stay, nor did the sliding doors lock. There was no way of securing our rental if we went into town.
