Located to the south of San Felipe at Kilometer #6 on Puertocitos Highway. Relax and enjoy your own private beach! Life doesn't get any better than this! There is a 24 hour security guard on the property. This is a stunning modern Mediterranean style home located just steps from the golden sandy beach of the Sea of Cortez and in the Hidden Gem of San Felipe, La Perla del Mar. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features travertine floors, granite counter tops, and amazing sunrise views over the tranquil azure waters of the Sea of Cortez. On the first floor you will find a large open living area which includes the living, dining & kitchen. You will also find 2 suites each with its own ensuite bathroom. Amazing stay

We had a fantastic time! We spent a glorious Thanksgiving week hanging out and exploring the beach. This house was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. The nice furnished kitchen was a plus since we did a mixture of going to town and eating in.

This house made it all worth the trip to celebrate my dads birthday! This house was super clean, well kept, and most of all BEAUTIFUL!! Michele( the homeowner) was so kind, always available if I had any questions, and made our trip super easy!! I highly recommend this to any one considering it! It’s well worth it! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our four days in San Felipe so much, specially our stay at your beautiful, comfortable home. We felt completely safe and the AC unit kept the house nice and cool. The house is gorgeous, spacious, very clean and it has everything you need. The site manager was very kind, friendly and helpful. Our kids and friend enjoyed the experience so much and it was so relaxing that we can't wait to come back. Your property is AWESOME. We had a very nice time. Jose (the property manager) was VERY helpful with everything. He is very easy going and he is local so he knows everything about SF. (If you need fresh fish ask him) The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We have a large family (5 adults and 3 kids) and the property was big enough for all of us. (VERY BIG) My little kids loved the PRIVET pool but bring life jackets for small children. We had the beach to ourselves. The panoramic views from the upstairs and from the decks are amazing. Michele was very helpful and the transaction was very smooth. The only thing that is missing is a Wifi connection (Perla Del Mar doesn’t have an internet provider yet) Definitely the best property in SF

Gorgeous house, amazing views, perfect location

This house is absolutely beautiful, beyond what pictures can depict. The views are amazing from so many parts of the house. Beyond that, it is perfectly located, close to town but far enough away that the water is clean and beautiful, and the location feels remote and private. (It is also a close drive to one of our favorite restaurants/bars on the South beach - Percebu). We went for a long beach walk and so no one! Great swimming beach too. The house has many upgrades/beautiful features, such as beautiful tile, woodwork, fantastic showers, air conditioners - plus the beautiful, tiled swimming pool and patio. The kitchen is very well equipped and even had a dishwasher! We owned a house South of town for years, and I can say that these kinds of upgrades are not typical/ubiquitous for all houses in San Felipe. The house was also absolutely spotless - top to bottom - when we arrived. Great communication with the owner, and the caretaker was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this house if you are interested in a San Felipe beach trip. We are already planning our next visit!

We had a family reunion and this was the best place to have it! We loved the pool and multiple decks with ocean views. The charcoal grill was great, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, would come back!

Even better than pictured!

Michele’s property was excellent. The photos don’t even do justice to how gorgeous the house and property was. My friends and I spent a girls’ weekend there and enjoyed waking up each morning to the view of the water from the balcony and roof deck. The master suite is huge and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The area is gated and there was no gate remote provided but the nice security guard and his friendly pups were always there to greet us and open it. I highly recommend staying here - it’s great for families or small groups. My only regret is that it was just a bit too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. The water in the sea was just right though!

Peaceful paradise

We really enjoyed this property. The house is beautiful and the pool was great. The location is pretty remote but only about 10-15 minutes from town. I wish the beach in front of the house was soft sand. It was a shell beach, still really pretty but my kids wanted a soft sand beach. They were able to find some amazing shells and you can walk out really far at night when the tide goes out. Luckily there are soft sand beaches not too far from the house. Down the road there was a nice one that charged us 250 pesos to park there and stay all day, they had palapas for shade, you need to bring your own chairs. On the Malecón there is a nice beach but it is narrow. Locals have shade areas set up on all of that beach and they charge 200 pesos for you to sit under it all day in their chairs. We had a great relaxing vacation!

My family and I were in san felipe for a short weekend and found this place on VRBO! It was wonderful! Very clean and beautiful beach right out the front door. The neighbors were wonderful as well! For us, we liked that it was a little more out of town but had all the comforts of home! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing trip start to finish!

This was my husband's first trip to San Felipe and my second. Our first trip together, so I asked him what was important in our rental home. He responded with our own pool and I wanted to be beachfront. That is what initially brought us to Michele's home. I emailed her with a few questions and she was extremely quick to respond. She answered all my questions before and after booking. She was a great host with awesome communication! The house is huge! Way to big for just two people but we enjoyed it all! The outside having multi-terraces with incredible views we used every day! My husband napped in the hammock. I watched whales as I drank my coffee at the bistro table. You have never seen the stars so big and clear as on her rooftop at night! All three beds have different comfort levels, yes I slept in all three. I have a bad back but found the perfect match for me! None are uncomfortable, just different. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything. The only thing I thought could be added was more mixing or serving bowls. Other then that, we were not left wanting. The outside grill worked perfectly and we loved the gas range in the kitchen. The area is great! Close to Downtown, Valley of the Giants (yes, go there) and Percebu (yes go here to but only 8-5). Our first morning was spent beach combing and tide pool searching to the left of the home. It was awesome, the sand is soft and lots of pools to explore. Our second evening on a whim walked down to sit on the shore and watch the tide under the moonlight. Well to our luck, the grunion were running. What a cool site to see! Our third morning was coffee on the master bedroom terrace watching two whales blow and play for about 30 minutes! I was in heaven. Our fourth morning was a long walk on the beach to the right. Their is this spot were these crazy rocks just jet across the sand and into the ocean. It looks like a stage for Star Trek. I am not a personal fan but the scenery looks very cool! Oh and by the way on the first day we passed 1 other person on the beach and day four we passed 1 couple, our entire stay. This place is full of surprises, wonder and magic! I just can't say enough about the location, the home and the host! The home was spotless and looked like the pictures. Communication was great and check in was very simple. Michele at my request even went out of her way to stock the kitchen/fridge for me! This is not an offered amenity, don't forget your own shampoo!

This place was outstanding it was a short stay but my family and I enjoy it a lot, everything was picture perfect . We were able to enjoy the beach, yes all the beach for ourselves and then come back and relax at the pool while we eat a delicious bbq. AWESOME PROPERTY!!!

From the moment you initiate the reservation process you know you are getting top of the line service. Michele is a delight to work with, very responsive to all our questions prior to our booking and thereafter. The house is beautiful, very private and secluded. Yet, you feel very safe. We spent 5 days of pure joy basking in the San Felipe sun, and enjoying the pool, the beach and all the amenities that come with this property. Pictures don't do justice to this beautiful home. You'll be impressed with the finishes and great taste in all the interior decorations throughout the house. You just need to bring your own food to prepare as the kitchen is all well equipped with anything you may need for your meals. If I had to mention one area for improvement is the fact that there is very limited shade during the day in the back yard/pool area. We brought an easy shade with us and used it all the time, we would've loved a second one not to have to move it from the pool area to the eating area and back. We also brought with us a folding table which was an excellent addition to our backyard setup. Overall this is hands down the best property we have ever rented not only in San Felipe but Puerto Penasco as well. Michel thank you very much for being such a gracious host. We will definitely return pronto!!!!

The south end of San Felipe has many high end properties. This unique beach, Perla Del Mar, has private soft sand beaches. It has it's own hot springs. It is an ideal location for young children. It is very secure, private, and an incredible home right on the water!

It is important to feel safe! La Perla Del Mar has 24 hour security guard service. This is a private community. There is a very private beach and is off the main road about one half mile. There is absolutely no road noise, only the sound of the gentle waves!
