Come stay in THE NICEST home in the area! Only a few steps from one of the best beaches in San Felípe. So close you can hear the quiet waves of the Sea of Cortez all night long. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 14 people very comfortably. We provide professionally washed towels, linens, and blankets for every guest and nearly every amenity you might need from blow dryers to a blender to soap to a crockpot to a grill and now with two KAYAKS. Beautiful Home

Everything stated in description and more! Great location, beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Accommodated our family of 11, (3 generations), without feeling cramped. Phillip is an excellent host! Will definitely inquire here first on next trip to San Felipe!!

A very nice and clean house that had everything we needed. Perfectly situated on the beach, just outside of town.

Great location

Very nice place and a good location. Great beach right in front of the house. Had everything needed but the kitchen did lack some stuff like utensils and things you need for cooking. It was very nice that the house was equipped with some rollaway beds underneath the regular beds. We were there together with 10 people for a big family weekend. The outdoor patio area was the best. Neighbor across the street was really nice as well. House has some things that could use repair but on Mexico standards, this is definitely a five-star place. And communication from the host was the best.
