Surprise Christmas trip to one of our favorite towns and this house was amazing! Hands down the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Well stocked home with lots of little touches to make it feel special. The host is super supportive and quick to respond. The house has a wonderful layout, with plenty of space for everyone and the hot tub was just what we needed after skiing. The best part though is the gorgeous office/ reading nook off the living room for an early morning cup and a peaceful start to the day.

Family Getaway

This is a great place for an extended family vacation! The house is very accommodating and accessible. The location is central to everything. There is a great rocky private beach at the end of the field, a fun hot tub. We all had a great time.

Beautiful home

The property was beautiful and the host was extremely thoughtful with the amenities - she had wireless chargers next the bed, s’mores kits and everything we could need to enjoy the weekend. She was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and in a beautiful area located close to town with so much to do. The property owner was extremely kind and helpful. They provided everything we could possibly need. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the front door!! Fantastic vacation experience. I would definitely come back with my family!

Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights over the Fourth of July with 3 families (12 people) & 2 dogs. The house is beautiful, spotless, and stocked with just about everything you need. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the basement was perfect for the kids and teens. The extra kitchen and refrigerator downstairs were a huge plus. Having enough bathrooms for each family, including two attached to bedrooms, made the stay even more convenient. The river is right in the backyard, but the house sits high enough with plenty of trees for great privacy. During the heat wave, the kids’ bunk room lost power one night after a bad storm, but a local family member came by the next morning and quickly fixed the issue.Cons: These are very minor. Each bathroom only had two towels, so with the heat, river trips, dirty kids, and multiple showers a day, we ended up doing a lot of laundry. The washer, dryer, and laundry pods made that easy.Also, the path to the sandy river beach (about a 5-minwalk) was heavily overgrown with poison ivy and poison oak, so we couldn’t safely use it with family members who are highly allergic. Especially carrying coolers, chairs, etc. Just a note for others & for maybe the owner to clean it up a bit. My husband & I checked out the beach alone and it was awesome though.Overall, we loved our stay, would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this home!

Wonderful week in the white mountains!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house in North Conway. The house is brand new and overlooks an open field with mountains in the distance. If you turn to the right you have a view of the Saco. We spent every night watching the sun go down in the beautiful sunroom. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with high quality bedding and mattresses. The kitchen/living room served as a great gathering point, while the basement was a great space for the children to hang out. Overall, the location of the house is optimal as it’s just a short drive into North Conway. We had a fantastic time! Ryan
