Come enjoy the magical sunsets of Bonita Beach! This 1-BR condo is located in Dolphin Way (Unit 208A), a quiet gated condo community, located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Unit 208A is air-conditioned, with cable TV and Wifi, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Spacious king bed in the bedroom, and also a pullout sofa in the living room for guests.
Dolphin Way is a gated community located on a quiet cul-de-sac road off of Estero Blvd, with a dedicated parking spot for the unit, additional guest parking. Located directly on desirable Bonita Beach, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot, or a crowded beach area. From your private beach you can see Sanibel Island/Fort Myers beach to the north, and Naples/Marco Island to the south.
Just 30 minutes from the airport, Dolphin Way is close to restaurants, shopping, Lover's Key State Park, or better yet stay home and relax to the sound of waves and sand in your toes. Enjoy your favorite beverage out on the lanai, this is really living!
