The location was excellent and the inside of the house was very nice! However the gas grill was so nasty and moldy on the inside that we couldn't use it at all! Hopefully it will be REPLACED for the next guest! Other than that we had a great stay! Will stay there again!

The photos of the property on VRBO do not match the actual condition. The property is in need of cleaning and renovating. The outside was very overgrown and dirty, firepit area had broken and damaged chairs, dock area didn't seem safe - the hand rail was very loose and unstable. Outdated and broken machinery in the woods and in the carport. Interior had stained carpets, many loose floor tiles, insects, patio door to deck was barely able to be opened. Many other things as well. We took pictures, and hope to give them to VRBO. It was disappointing, to say the least. I hope the owner will address these items for future guests.

I'm sorry the property did not meet expectations. This is a lake house. The exterior does need some care. We ensure the interior and back porch is clean, and the lawn is cared for. The tile mentioned is a 'stick-on' tile in the laundry room. The dock is a 'floating' dock that many have enjoyed fishing from.
