Beautifully furnished house with large bedrooms, huge gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, pool with amazing landscaping and lots of outdoor seating, BBQ Grill, HDTV with premium channels: Lightning fast internet. Washer/dryer. Enormous master bedroom has walk-in closet House is fully stocked!

Heated Pool with paid $40 per day over everyday of reservation is paid 1 day prior to check-in

$50 Per Animals/Dog Fee with 2 Dog Max. $500 Fee and automatic removal if Animals are brought on property without payment

it was a great little house, especially because we had little ones with us. They loved the house and the pool. Neighborhood isnt the nicest of all time but fine for us.

Great spot to navigate Phoenix.

This newly redone house on a quiet street near Glendale is centrally located to access all parts of Phoenix area . The hosts were super responsive. The back yard pool and mural are an added bonus.
