This bright & cozy family friendly condo is conveniently located and a short stroll away from Beautiful Naples Beaches (0.9 Miles away) & Fine Shopping and dining. Our condo is an easy walk to Clams pass Beach, Waterside shops, Bowling alley & other nearby convenience stores.

This non-smoking 2 bedroom condo offers all the amenities that you'll need for a relaxing stay in Naples. Including a community pool & fitness center.

The condo has two bedrooms, two bath. You will have your own private balcony sitting area overlooking the pool. This is an ideal condo for a family of 4 or 5, (parents, and two or three small children.

Lovely place

Beautiful accommodations accurately listed. Beach was a bit farther than we thought when booking but great location for restaurants, etc..Kitchen well stocked and even provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this 2 BR condo was excellent...location was central in Naples (close to about everything) and close to the beach.Our host (Frank)was very responsive on a couple of very small issues when we first arrived and quickly took care of them.We would highly recommend this property and its host.

Thank you Frank for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo! My adult son, daughter and myself enjoyed your place very much! The check-in process was smooth. The condo was clean, comfortable and ready for our stay. The pool was heated and felt like bath water which is nice in January! We enjoyed sitting out on the two balconies and relaxing with a glass of wine and a book. Can’t wait to return!

Our family has been traveling to Naples during the holidays for 10+ years. The location of the condo is perfect. We love the Gulf Shore/Park Shore area. The shopping is great at Waterside Shoppes and eating is great at Venetian Village. If you do not have a car, there are plenty of attractions that are within walking distance! The pool is nice and faces west...BONUS! The condo is very spacious as well with two balconies facing west! You can soak up those last few minutes of the sun! Thanks Frank!!!

Perfect get away gem.

I usually dont write many reviews. But this time I definitely will take the time to share my wonderful experience. Me and my family felt in-love with this apartment. Clean, modern, big. Perfect to accommodate 7 people. Relaxing view to the pool area. Extremely close to the beach and other comercial area. The management super attentive. Always answering all my questions and concerns. Most definitely this will be a place for us to come back. Hopefully soon. I definitely recommend
