Good location

Good location, clean place, lots of space. Could have used a printed and posted checklist of what the property owner wanted done before checking out. Great place otherwise, would recommend.

Convenient to Everything

We came in for the weekend for activities at the university. The house was on a quiet street as promised and within walking distance or a short drive (5 minutes) of the university. Everything was clean and neat. Check-in and out was simple. We mostly ate out, but appreciated the coffee to help get us started. Thank you for providing comfortable accommodations. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Nice time in Kent

Our stay was over the holidays to visit family. The house was very clean and everything was in working order. Evan was polite and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for a great stay!
