We enjoyed the stay and have zero complaints. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for about 6 years in a row now. This property was as good or better than the other Pinnacle Port properties we have stayed.

Vacation experience

We did not have the best experience, however, the owners of the property did try to make things better and was easy to communicate with all week. From my understanding, the owners are traveling to the condo to check it all out and do what they need to do to make it a better experience for the next!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a great experience renting this property. Any time I had a question prior to our trip was always answered quickly. The condo was clean and exactly advertised, with lake views from the living room and gulf views from the master balcony. We enjoyed the beach, especially the inlet. We also went to the state park nearby and rented kayaks and paddle board to use in the lake behind the condo. We had a great time would love to return one day.

It was just okay.

This place was honestly just fine. We came with some friends who stayed on the 9th floor. The condo they rented was way nicer and more updated than this one, so unfortunately we were comparing it most of the time. It was clean upon arrival. The garbage disposal didn’t work upon arrival. It took them 3 days to show up after 2 phone calls. The maintenance people were short and rude on the phone. None of the TVs worked after reading instructions multiple times. The kitchen was equipped but bare minimum. The pots and pans are super old and scratched up Teflon. No Tupperware and all glass cups/plates. The view from the living room is of the lake and doesn’t give much light inside, making the main room pretty dark. The view from the master bedroom is really great, however. The property itself was nice. Great access to beach and indoor pool was warm and super great since it was cold/rainy a few days. We also liked how close we were to Rosemary Beach and PCB area.

All together it was a nice place. Friendly and quiet.

Everything was perfect. Only thing is the bed linen for the sofa-bed had sand in it. Also it was hair in the bathroom and some in the beds. But other than that it was a great place and nice location if you want laid back friendly and quiet.

Great Place

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times. We love the property for it's location. Not in the hub bub of PCB but close enough to enjoy many of our favorite restaurants. More quiet and layed back. The property is beautifully maintained. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness not for the property but for our condo. Who ever the cleaning crew they used did an awful job. I told the owner and hopefully it will be resolved. We especially like that the main pool is partially covered. This was even more appreciated since we had our 7 month old granddaughter with us. We like the gated aspect as well. Our condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Owners were a pleasure to work with.

Family Get Away to our Happy Place!

Nice condo in gated community!

Loved the location off the condo. It was in a secured gated community at the end of Panama away from all the other condos. Very quiet and family friendly. We came during 4th of July and still was not too crowded and didnt have to wait forever on the elevators. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Make sure you remember to print the papers to get in the gates. If you forget like I did theres a UPS store down the road that will print them off. Other than that everything was great and will be returning!!

September in Paradise

The condo as was advertised and very special in it's location. This was our fourth straight year to spend a month in Pinnacle Port but our first in this unit. This condo has the best views by far than all the others. We enjoyed having our coffee on the Master Bed Room Balcony over looking the Gulf every morning and watching the sunsets every evening. The Balcony overlooking Lake Powell was in the shade almost all day and offered a nice place to read and relax any part of the day. In early contact with the owner I asked if there was a Kuerig coffee maker there. Not having one the owner was most gracious to buy a Keurig type coffee maker for me to use .... how special is that!!! That is very special attention to Customer Service! We loved all 30 days! Thanks, Connie!

We really enjoyed our stay in Connie and Steve's condo. Connie was very communicative and answered all of our questions. It is exactly as pictured with the master balcony overlooking the pool and beach from their 7th floor unit. They provide a basic starter kit of soap, bath towels, dish detergent, a garbage bag, and a roll of paper products in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, but you will need to bring any spices or oils and coffee filters (regular not cone). You will also need your own beach towels, toys, and chairs, which is farely standard but worth mentioning to anyone reading reviews. The location was great. The beach and pool were right down the elevator and out the hall, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The owners provided a list of recommended restaurants, which was very kind, but we found out the first night that a handful had closed permenantly. The beach was great, not too crowded eventhough it was a holiday weekend, and my son was excited to find many nice seashells in the waters between the beach and sand bar. The only real issue we had during our stay was the noise in the hallway. My son slept on the downstairs pullout couch, and the other condo doors closing woke him up a few times. Other than that we were delighted to be able to book this condo on such short notice for a quick family beach getaway. Thank you Connie for your hospitality.

Great Location

The condo at Pinnacle Port was in a great location. We were close enough to PCB that we could go into town, but far enough to avoid the chaos. On the beach, there were hardly any crowds at all, and we went in the middle of summer. The condo also offers great views of both the ocean and the lake. We would sit on the porch and watch dolphins in the morning. My only critique is that the bathrooms in the condo need some updating. The bathtubs and the showers were lacking attention. For example, the stand up shower had black stuff all around the corners. However, the condo was perfect for our active family.

AWESOME!!

AWESOME! RELAXING! FAMILY TIME! One of the most enjoyable places to stay with amazing views. Excellent and friendly experiences with the owners. Connie was quick to answer any of my questions or address our needs. Thanks for checking on us. This home met all our needs. One negative note, the cleaning contractors could have done a little better job, but it's a home directly on the beach, with lots of sand. Absolutely perfect!

We booked with very short notice at the end of May and the owners accomodated us quickly and graciously. My family owned at PP for 40+ years and since we sold our condo we have rented each year and this unit and these owners have BY FAR been the best to work with. The condo was clean and well appointed and the owners were extremely responsive when we called about a minor issue. I will definitely rent from these owners many more times. If you have never stayed at Pinnacle Port or in PCB, you will love the gorgeous, private beaches, security of the condo location, and accessibility to PCB while not being right 'on the strip.' My 10 and 14 year old boys have grown up visiting this location and it is home away from home-plus I feel safe letting them roam a bit around the grounds when they want to play volleyball/shuffleboard/ play soccer on the beach.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. No one wanted to leave! The condo was roomy , the views are fabulous and we really like the less crowded, quieter beach while still being near all the activities we enjoy. Our teens also loved the pool which was never crowded. The owner was a pleasure to work with! She was so very helpful with our short window of time to plan this trip. We will definitely be back!
