This was a wonderful find for our stay. It was very close to public transportation and shops/restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. The building was clean and secure and the other tenants were very friendly. I’d highly recommend this for a stay in downtown KC!
Great location and wonderful people. Highly recommend.

The host is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. I couldn’t navigate my larger vehicle in the underground parking lot so he offered me a different spot in the lot. The place itself has all the basics but it’s a little careworn. And the noise in the building is really surprising. It’s expected to hear footsteps if you’re on a lower floor of a multi unit building, but hearing conversations or late night fights or dogs howling is annoying. I know the host can’t control what neighbors do or if the building is sound proofed, but maybe put in some noise buffering panels or encourage guests to wear noise canceling headphones!
Building is cool but needs some attention. Loved the layout of the apartment for a one couple stay. The big windows are nice, and location was close to my trade show so it was convenient.
I’d stay here again.
Loved this space! It had everything we needed for the weekend. Parking was convenient. The space was as advertised. Having laundry facilities was key. It’s definitely on the short list for a return visit.
This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do downtown Kansas City. We went to Sea Life, Lego Land, Science City, The College Basketball Experience, etc. easy check in, easy parking. Beds were comfy, loved watching Netflix/Hulu in the evenings. Thanks so much!
interesting layout, spacious and clean. One smart tv in living room one smart tv by one of the beds. Lock box a little too high for a short person. Locks and keys are a little tricky to use but at least it was a secure place. There is a personal garage space provided to you or street parking. Overall very cool place to stay.

Old converted building
The neighborhood is sketchy. Near a liquor store. Would not feel safe at night.
The unit was clean but had no dressers for clothes, the AC unit is right by the beds and very noisy. Happy it was close to the River st market and street car line.
BBQ was phenomenal.

Instructions for finding the key was not accurate, process of accessing the unit and garage were cumbersome. Unit was cute and great on day one….then the smoke/weed odor came back after the deodorizer from the cleaning crew wore off. The stench even permeated our luggage and had to be left outside once back home to air out. Couch was comfortable but didn’t give me a very clean feel. The unit was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable- or maybe we slept well from the contact high! I am not a smoker - or any kind- nor a drinker. I enjoyed the stay mostly but wouldn’t stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay! Walking distance from so many great places and just as the pictures depicted. I will note if you have a bigger vehicle it will likely not fit in the garage parking spot so you’ll have to park on the side road which wasn’t an issue as there was plenty of space. Should we find our way back to KC in the future, we will definitely say again!
