Why they chose this property

Me and my husband bought this property to live there and we used to live there with our two children. We moved to another place and did a refurbishment this year and started renting it. We chose this property because it is situated in a central area and at the same time a quite area. It is close to the beach and one could do lovely walks through the promenade.
