Welcome to ISLAND BREEZE ! This ONE OF A KIND impossibly luxurious brand-new home will make you feel like you are on an island vacation. This home features three bedrooms in the main home plus a full Casita (fourth) with its own private courtyard!! Walk in and be greeted by a rainforest room. Enjoy the fire pit inside the brand new saltwater pool complete with a tanning shelf and Jacuzzi! The unique Tiki Bar complete with a barbecue is an entertainer’s paradise! You deserve this!!
This home was inspired by the the tropical islands of French Polynesia. No expense was spared to truly make you feel like your on an island vacation.

The community of Terra Lago is a beautiful gated community with a gorgeous 25 acre lake that allows finishing. The lake is a two minute walk from this home.
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and two more cars in the driveway. Overnight street parking is generally not allowed but if requested in advance we can safe list a car for you with the security team.
