Newly renovated with new vinyl plank flooring in all bedrooms, new stove, dishwasher, microwave, and new furniture. Family friendly home with bunk beds for the kiddos! Coastal theme decor throughout the home. Short 15-to-20-minute drive to the beach and downtown Corpus Christi depending on the traffic. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby including Alamo Drafthouse, H-E-B, Starbucks, walking trail, and the Botanical Gardens.
