- We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap in bathrooms.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed at any time. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
- IF YOUR INTENTION IS TO RENT OUR HOUSE FOR UNDERAGE KIDS THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation. To ensure you have read the above rules the password is: compliance.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.
- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.
- Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.

Fantastic brand new spotlessly clean house. Very well designed and appointed with everything we needed, in a great location to view the sunset from the roof deck. Video games, pinball, and Foosball (two tables) to entertain the kids and nostalgic adults, and a hot tub with a smart TV in front of it if you didn't feel like going to the beach

Such a beautiful and comfortable home for our whole family to stay together in. The beds were so comfortable after a long day visiting NYC. We enjoyed lots of family time while using the hot tub and patios where we could all visit together. We even had a family competion with the pin ball machine. The location was excellent and so close to the boardwalk and beach. We can't wait until we can come and visit the Jersey Shore again and will definitely hope to stay at The Bay Breeze again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was an easy walk away, but we also had parking passes to accommodate kids and older adults. The house was spotless and had amazing amenities. The host was very responsive when small issues or questions arose. We hope to be back to enjoy another family vacation here!

We had a great stay in Seaside Heights. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lots of great amenities. The yard & hot tub were a nice touch. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out when needed. Communication with the owners was easy. They connected with us quickly every time we reached out. The only thing missing was some larger pots & pans for us to use to cook for our group of 10.

Excellent Winter Weekend Stay

Everything about our weekend stay was wonderful. The homeowners were easy to work with and responsive. The house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Plenty of supplies and towels, kitchen supplies, and a lovely hot tub. The walk to the beach is an easy one. I wish we had stayed longer. I would recommend the house to friends and family. I would love to stay again!

We had a great time at this beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the hot tub and the game room the most only second to the roof top deck. Everything was as advertised but nicer. This is a brand-new home just built in 2022. We tried to think of everything for your fun and comfort. You will have water views of the bay and be 0.5 miles to the beach and boardwalk. Seaside Heights is a fun town with rides, a water park, go-karts, and mini golf. Water sports are nearby. Bike rentals and Tiki boat rentals make any day fun!
