Our bright and friendly 3-room apartments on the ground floor (90 m²) offer space for max. 4 people and have a sun terrace with garden. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and additional radiators. The kitchens are equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedrooms have a box-spring double bed and blackout curtains. The apartment has two bathrooms: a large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet, and a small bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Towel radiators and hairdryers are available in the bathrooms. Shared washing machine and dryer are available for you in the house.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ruhe, wenn man draußen saß, war auch toll. Auch wenn im Stundentackt der Rasende Roland sich geräuschvoll bemerkbar gemacht hat, so hat es uns nicht gestört. Eher im Gegenteil… es hatte etwas Nostalgisches an sich. Meine Famile und ich haben die zwei Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen.

Das Apartment im EG war großzügig bemessen, sauber und entsprach voll und ganz den Darstellungen im Internet. Die Vermieterin hat im Zusammenhang mit einer defekten Tür super agiert, kurzfristig einen Hausmeister zu uns gebracht, auch von dieser Seite aus "gerne wieder". Auf einem hohen Niveau aus können wir lediglich einen Kommentar wiederholen, dass der Kunststoffschonbezug über den Matratzen so gar nicht zu einem Sommerapartment passt, das ist einfach nicht atmungsaktiv.

Wunderschöne Ostsee

Wir haben 8 Tage im schönen Ostseebad Baabe verbracht, leider hatte der Sommer gerade Pause, das Wetter war kühl und eher durchwachsen. Die Umgebung von Baabe ist wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Da wir sehr kühles Wetter hatten haben wir die Heizung vermisst, es war morgens und abends sehr kühl, mussten den Kamin nutzen um die Wohnung etwas aufzuwärmen. Ansonsten hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen, die Aufteilung und Lage sind sehr schön und ruhig. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Matratzenbezüge aus Gummi. Hier könnte man sich durch Spannbetttücher aus Frottee sicherlich ein angenehmeres Schlafgefühl verschaffen. Abschließend muss man sagen könnte der Reinigungdienst etwas sorgfälltiger Arbeiten. Ich will damit nicht sagen die Wohnung war nicht sauber, aber in einer Toilette waren beim Einzug noch deutliche Spuren eines ausgeprägten Toilettenganges! Ich schreibe dies um da vielleicht nachzubessern. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die sich leicht verbessern lassen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen...

Schön war’s 👍

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Alles war in Ordnung. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße und zu den Schienen des Rasenden Rolands. Zum Strand gibt es einen wunderschönen Weg direkt durch den Wald. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
