The bedroom windows are provided with fly screens and outside shutters. For further 2 people is in the living area on the ground floor a Murphy bed. In the living and dining area is next to a high-quality genuine leather sofa set a complete kitchenette with 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. Two TV sets (cable connection) and a DVD player and balcony furniture are available. The apartment with a view of the green is on the sunny side of the house, so you have the morning sun for yourself. In the evening you can enjoy picturesque sunsets
