Great 2 bedroom duplex with a large balcony and private parking space The maisonette apartment with a large balcony and bedroom on the upper floor and is ideal to spend a couple of great days on Lake Constance.
The modern apartment has 64sqm living space, with partially floor to ceiling windows. The large windows face west.

The decor is modern. TV is a matter of course. Wifi, parking space and washing machine are offered free of charge. A staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic. There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washing machine and a private parking space.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove with oven and the necessary small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, like on the balcony.

The object is equipped for 2 persons. Long-term tenants are welcome. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs and also not suitable for crawling or climbing children.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
The bed linen, 1 set of towels per person and the final cleaning are included.

House Rules / Prices:
Key collection takes place by means of a key safe at a central station (not directly at the apartment). The code will be communicated 3-4 days before arrival. Condition is that we the complete. Payment according to our booking confirmation received!
