Spacious, quiet and comfortably furnished, this large self contained apartment has a separate bedroom, open plan living room, fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower and a big separate bath.

There is a dedicated workspace and new high speed internet wifi and media channels available to all guests.

There is a sofabed in the living room which is available as a 2nd bed only on request and for an additional fee for extra linens. Please confirm this on booking so that we can arrange.

Great location; everything you need

This apartment is in a great location. So close to Paddington Station, convenient shops and restaurants and Hyde Park right nearby. The living area is spacious and kitchen is well-equipped. Clare was very responsive and helpful when we needed guidance.

50 pound fee for linens for a futon?

The location is superb and Clare was nice enough to let us drop our things a couple hours early. Traveling with my niece and booked because it’s advertised as 1-bdrm, 2 bed flat (futon in living room). After booking, I was told there would be a 40pound fee if I wanted to use the futon in living room for linen fees? Then the day of check in I was told it would be 50 pounds. Why advertise two beds (it’s truly not even a one bedroom) if you are going to add on extra fees to use the futon?. It’s a studio and the entrance hallway has a bed in it plus a futon in living area. I don’t think it costs 50 pounds to clean sheets for the futon. Lastly the futon is very uncomfortable with a bit ridge right down the middle. So u are forced to sleep on one small side of the other and it’s short so your feet stick out. Again good news is location is grand. Bad news is this is really only suitable for someone or a couple that can share the hallway double bed. Futon is not suitable and I just don’t get the extra 40-50 pounds

Why they chose this property

The apartment is centrally located and yet not noisy. It has a very large open living room and kitchen and the bathroom has both a big walk in shower and bath tub. There is comfort and privacy to the lower ground floor access and living space.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of space to work from or just relax or enjoy cooking dinner in. Private front door and privacy during your stay but in a busy neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by.
