This newly renovated private home is in a quiet, family-oriented area perfect for Families of 4-6 (4 adults max, up to 6 persons with children). No one under 27 years. New, full, eat-in kitchen & lovely living room both have scenic views, big screen cable TV, DVD, free WIFI. Comfortable, clean bedrooms & bathroom (with tub & shower). Central air throughout, 4 adult beach passes & 2 parking spots included (ask us about other parking options). Large, fenced-in backyard has shower, lounge chairs, table, umbrella & grill. We provide a beach cart for all your beach gear (rolls over sand) & private shed filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys.
ONLY 1 block to Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk. Near LOTS of restaurants (all kid-friendly), pretty marina with boat rentals & ALL kinds of activities for ALL ages. 100% satisfaction rating!
Our beach entrance is special in that it has a food court so you can grab a drink, snack or a meal & eat at the tables provided or right on the beach. There is also a bathhouse, bathrooms, ice cream, gift shop & more!
The beach & boardwalk are open. Jogging & Biking permitted on boardwalk before 9am. There are plenty of benches plus there is an lovely area to watch the boats go out & return from the ocean. Also nearby is the Fisherman's Monument with wall fishing, sitting area, plus NEW playground area with swings, jungle gym & gazebo. You can surf fish at the beach after dusk.
Near Activities & Entertainment: Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavillon, Aquarium & Amusement park, with Rides, New Adventure Park with Rope Courses, Zip Lining & more, Boardwalk Games, Arcades, Slot Machines, Mini Golf (3 courses), Batting Cages, Fun House & more. Our family loved staying here for our yearly family vacation. Both Marie and Mike were wonderful and beyond accommodating our whole stay.The house was comfortable and the area was so peaceful.The inlet is one of our favorite spots outside of the boardwalk

We spent a week at this location. I cannot have asked for a better place to stay. Mike and Marie were great people to meet. We were close to everything I wanted to be near, Inlet, Ocean, Boardwalk, places to eat. Staying at this location made our entire week more special, hope to come again sometime and do it all over again.

the house was bright, clean and had a great vibe !! we stayed an entire month and had a really relaxing time. its exactly as shown in the pics and extremely comfortable. the big windows keep it bright and airy. the view out front is fun as it always changes at all times of the day. the boats sunsets and smell of seafood ahhhh :)) maria and mike felt like family and are spectacular hosts .....thats why there are so many great reviews. be back soon !!!!

Sunset Heaven

The property at Point Pleasant was perfect for our group. The house was incredibly comfortable, spacious, great kitchen! But the windows overlooking the inlet were the stars of the show. The activity, the sunsets, the seagulls - just a perfect way to start and end each day. A block from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and if the boardwalk is your thing - its right there as well. Mike and Marie were wonderful as well.

Awesome location and very clean!

This was a great house overlooking the inlet. My kids enjoyed looking at the fishing boats everyday. We were in a great location and in walking distance to everything. The property was very well maintained and CLEAN! The property managers were very friendly and accommodating. Great place for families!

This property and location was perfect for us! The house was great...don't underestimate the back yard! We had several football catches with the kids and adults while using the bbq. It was a GREAT place to hang out in the morning and at the end of the day. If your into sunsets like we were, you can enjoy and awsome sunset right in the houses enterance room. The sun sets right over the inlet and ships there. The kids lover the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, while SO MUCH adult night life is within a quick walk. Maria (the owner) was SO helpful providing us with events going on. Our stay was really great and I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful vacation!

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but we enjoyed our stay so much that I felt the need to write one. The location is so central to everything in Point Pleasant that you could really walk or cycle to everything you need. Place was well kept, had all of the necessary amenities, and was just cozy. The fenced in backyard was a big plus with our little one.

Great Family Vacation House!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was just perfect! We have a toddler and the home is very child friendly, no stairs or obstacles once you're in the front door, even a child-proof lock on the bathroom cabinet! The giant windows are wonderful for watching the boats and the pedestrians, and the fenced-in backyard is a real bonus. Location couldn't be better for walking to the beach and restaurants! We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the house is, and how well-stocked the kitchen is for making breakfast too! The owner was very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best House We've Rented at the Jersey Shore!

Have been renting at the Jersey Shore for many years and this is the house we plan on renting for our future vacations. Great location, and once we were settled in, there was no need to use our car all week - easy walk to beach, restaurants, boardwalk and fishing. It was great having the large enclosed yard. The house was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the sunset and water views from the large bay windows. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Best rental at the Jersey Shore!

For the past three years we have rented this house from Mike and Marie for a week in July and are planning to do so again in 2014. This is by far the best rental in Point Pleasant! From our first visit we were surprised by how clean and well kept the property was. The location is absolutely perfect. You are within walking distance of all attractions, yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Mike and Marie are great and always make you feel so welcome. We have started to feel like this a "home" away from home and that Mike and Marie are family! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone I know.

Beautiful rental in a great location

We loved staying at this property so much that we are staying here again next summer! We have nothing but good things to say about it. It's clean and close to the beach and boardwalk. It's also walking distance to fishing and the fishing boats. Our daughter loved watching the fishing boats from the front window. It's also close to many great restaurants. This house offered comforts other rentals in the area didn't like a fenced-in backyard with grass, grill, and patio furniture and off-street parking. And the landlords are great! We were very happy here and looking forward to our stay here next summer.
