Have coffee while taking in the waterfront view, enjoy family time at the lake, or just relax with friends and family at Oasis on Oconee! You will feel right at home in this cozy four bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome that sits on the water and has a community boat dock for your boat or jet skis. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group and enjoy your time together, with two family rooms, a large kitchen, a downstairs TV/game room, and plenty of beds. Need a place to work while you are here? You will find two desks/office spaces to work while you are away. Come join us for some lake fun, a game day getaway, or just a relaxing time with family or friends. Publix is just down the road and there are plenty of restaurants close by, too. We hope you will make wonderful memories here!

We truly loved our stay! We traveled as two families with kids and from the space, to location, to cleanliness and overall ease, we would recommend to all! Excellent property

The property was as advertised, very clean and communication with hosts was easy. It is right in the middle of everything and has great water in front of it. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and pantry, which made it seem a lot less like a rental and more like a friends home. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it, we only was able to use the top two floors, which wasn't a problem, we had enough room to accommodate us. We had to leave a day early because of sickness.

Simply Perfect

Our family flew down for my daughter’s wedding. There were 16 of us including 2 babies. This home was so accommodating for such a large group. It was absolutely beautiful inside and so very clean. The outside view from the balcony and patio were serene and the neighborhood was lovely! The owners were amazing and this place was perfect! I will definitely be renting this again!

Spacious retreat on the water

This a great complex - wonderful location, easy to access and lots of parking. Our sorority advisory board has an annual retreat, it it was a perfect location for members coming from a variety of areas. The condo has a nice layout - gathering areas on the main floor and downstairs, great out door areas(if the pollen had not been at its peak) with nice views of the water. Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and an additional bedroom and bath in the basement level provided many options for sleeping arrangements. Good beds and nice linens, and a well equipped kitchen. My only recommendation if this unit is routinely rented would be some labels on the light switches. Location is great - convenient to Publix and lots of shopping and restaurant options. We hope to stay there again.

Our townhome is the perfect place to enjoy family time, get hype for a football game in Athens, witness golf's greatest at The Masters, or simply escape the hassles of work. Our home also offers a community dock and pool in an area with plenty of entertainment, shopping, and restaurant options.

Located on the lake and minutes from the grocery store, pharmacy, local shops and restaurants, movie theater, marina, and more. We're also roughly an hour from Sanford Stadium and The Masters.
