This 5 bedroom 3 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and provides parking for several vehicles.

The floor plan layout is very balanced; the family room, kitchen, and game / TV room are on the Main Floor and 3 bedrooms are located on the Top floor. This makes for easy sleep for the early birds, that need a good nights sleep, and no worries for the night owls that like to stay up and visit with friends.

The heated pool with hot tub measures 40'x 16' and ranges in depth from 3' to 5'. There is a Tiki hut right at pool side for visiting and lounging, Canal Side Beach Tiki for the "Sand-Lovers" and a gas fire pit for your nighttime enjoyment.

also the jumbo size Chess / Checkers as well as Corn Hole located off the fire pit area

Our landscaping was designed for those looking for privacy and seclusion at there own private "Oasis" in the Keys. this is truly set up for total relaxation in mind

3 Ocean Kayaks for your Mangrove Exploring right out front/minutes from Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park /Beach. Minutes by boat the "Sombrero Reef" (The Home of North America's Only Living Coral Barrier Reef, And The Third Largest Coral Barrier Reef in the World!!!!!!!)! for Amazing snorkeling or diving.......... and fishing, of course, literally only a 5 minute idle out the canal to open water "Ocean" side.

Every bedroom is equipped with flat-screen TVs. There is a game room with 50 inch TV and futon sofa.

Huge 115' x 8' Dock ( approx 90' usable as my boat/ lift is located at far end on dock) with 3-freshwater wash-down stations and electric giving plenty of dock for your boat.

Nice backyard

Our family and friends stay yearly in the Keys at different properties and this property felt private but really isn’t because of the closeness of the houses and the narrow canal. Our group received complaints during the day for playing music which wasn’t even very loud. We also were surprised that the listing said there are 2 queen beds but one was a queen futon and we had to request several times for sheets for the futon. The property had several pillows but no pillowcases and the King sized bed had only one pillowon the bed. We did enjoy the beautiful backyard setting and pool area.

Beautiful property in a central location. Great pool and outdoor landscape which is right on the canal. Plenty of room for everyone, the property and home are spacious.

Marathon Key VRBO February 2023

We loved the home........pool and hot tub were excellent...cool night lighting....excellent space to enjoy the sun and views....cabana hut by pool....small cabana by the canal...got to see a manatee. Location was excellent, nearby to two grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. The home was very spacious offering ample room for everyone (we had 10 adults) to stretch out, play games and just relax. Neighborhood was a mixture of 3 story homes to 1 story homes overlooking canals. Close by to everything we wanted to do. Overall an excellent choice!
