Fantastic holiday home in beach front in San Marcos, a small and picturesque coastal area of Icod de los Vinos. Very confortable, it’s ideal for families whith a maximum occupancy of four people. The building is in a dead end street and has two entrances. One of the back, where there is plenty of parking, a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade, where there are several bars and restaurants. The beach is in front of the building and across the street. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Highlight is the balcony with a superb sea view. It is a perfect holiday home to spend a quiet holiday away from the large tourist centers. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The center of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the Millenary Drago, numerous museums, restaurants and shops is just 2 km away. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will find a variety of trails and in no case you should miss a trip to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the apartment.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Très bonne situation au dessus de la plage de San Marcos, magnifique, et parfaitement praticable avec surveillants de baignade. Petite supérette et resto, bars à proximité. Nous avons pu de là sillonner tout le nord de l'île en 1 semaine. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré le loueur (système de boîte à clés). L'appart est sympa, propre et pratique, mais fait pour 2 personnes en fait. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste. Et la résidence est un peu bruyante ( la chambre est située côté couloir, et il n'y a qu'une grille en hauteur pour isoler de l'extérieur, pas de vrai vitre, on entend tous les bruits: ascenseur, voisins qui rentrent ou sortent, personnel d'entretien dès 7h00 du matin, perroquet qui imite le chat pour faire aboyer le chien du voisin... Pas très gênant au final, mais surprenant... Icod est une ville agréable, on trouve tout sur place.
