Private: garden with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Porto Istana" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Sehr schön aber teuer

Das Ferienhaus Dalila hat eine fantastische Lage zum Strand von Porto Istana. Man erreicht diesen fußläufig in 3-4 Minuten. Ebenfalls perfekt ist die überdachte Autoabstellfläche hinter einem Tor. Das alles hat seinen Preis.

Fijn vakantie adres

Een heerlijk huisje nog rustig weinig toeristen, bij een heerlijke baai met mooi strand. Heerlijke om tochtjes te maken en noord Sardinië te ontdekken. Tijd waar alles bloeit en je fijne wandelingen kunt maken. Restaurantjes in de buurt maarde keuken is goed gesorteerd ook fijn om zelf te koken.

Ostern auf Sardinien

Toll gelegenes Haus in gepflegter Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Sandstrand mit türkisfarbenem Wasser. Über Ostern war es auch im Häuschen in Ermangelung einer Heizung anfangs sehr frisch. Ausstattung ist gut. Geschirrspüler sehr wichtig, da Teller und Bestecke spätestens nach zwei Mahlzeiten aufgebraucht waren. Die Tücken der Technik (Heißwasser & Gasherd über Außenflaschen) wurden im engl. Teil der Info nicht beschrieben. Service Officer über Tel & WhatsApp sehr helfend. Leider kein WLAN.

Haus mit kleinen Mängeln in schöner Lage

Traumhafte Lage, nur wenige Hundert Meter vom wunderschönen Strand Porto Istana entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung ziemlich "zusammengewürfelt" (Geschirr, Besteck etc.). Es fehlen Abfalleimer in der Küche, die Fliegengitter haben Löcher und das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab. WLAN gibt es leider nicht. Trotz allem haben wir uns im Haus - auch wegen des großen Gartens - wohl gefühlt.

la casa è molto bella sia la struttura che il giardino , in posizione strategica a 200 mt. da mare. se posso fare un appunto prestate più attenzione sull'assistenza in loco da parte del personale, quando sono arrivato non c'era nessuno dell'agenzia ed ho avuto qualche problemino ( condizionatore, porta ingresso dura da aprire, pala, presa multipla difettosa ecc) poi risolto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del Sig. L.. Il prezzo è un pò eccessivo. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Pier

Bellissima

La villetta è bellissima, con un giardino molto curato e vicina alla spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto tutti i servizi che offre la struttura (posto auto coperto riservato, doccia esterna, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, zanzariere). La zona giorno, con due grandi vetrate è molto spaziosa e molto bella, così come il terrazzo. Se avesse avuto la zona notte un po' più grande il giudizio sarebbe stato "eccellente".
