Fantastic holiday home on Lake Silbersee

Comfortably designed holiday home on Lake Silbersee in Frielendorf.

Holiday house 172 is located in the Silbersee holiday park in Rotkäppchenland.

Leisure activities for young and old: the holiday home park offers an indoor playground, climbing park, mini golf, summer toboggan run, wellness paradise with sauna and swimming pool with outdoor slide and the silver lake itself.

Shops in Frielendorf can be reached quickly, even on foot.

The house:

In the holiday home (approx. 80 m²) there are three bedrooms for up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a barrier-free shower, toilet and sink. There is also a guest toilet available.

Additional features: Fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and flat TV. Fridge with freezer compartment.

Outside you will find a terrace with a grill and garden furniture.

In the cold months there is a cozy fireplace with a visible flame at your disposal. Firewood can be purchased from us if required.

Please note that the house is non-smoking.

Seasons:

High season April 1st - October 31st 2019; 12/20/2019 - 01/01/2020: € 100.00 per night.

Low season: 80.00 per house.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights, 5 nights over Christmas and New Year.

Electricity / water: 3 € / person / day. Laundry packages on request.

Final cleaning: € 70.00 per stay.

Security deposit: 150 €

The municipality of Frielendorf charges a spa fee per day of stay, which is paid by us.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Ferienanlage hatten wir mit unseren Enkelkindern viel Spaß, es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war angenehm, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Familie Zehmisch

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte, zentral gelegen mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Parkplatz, Spielplatz und zum See. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Abenteuerspielplatz und das Schwimmbad in der Nähe.

Schöne Auszeit am Silbersee

Das Objekt war einfach toll, gut eingerichtet, sauber und in einer tollen Laage. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, waren Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Aber das war auch das einzige, ansonsten jederzeit wieder und gerade für unsere Enkelkinder 4 und 6 war es sehr schön.

Super Kutztrip an den Silbersee

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen ein verlängertes Wochenende am Silbersee. Die Ferienwohnung ist super, auch wenn man ihr ansieht, dass sie aktuell nicht mehr die Neuste ist. Die Wohnung ist dennoch gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind auch noch einige Renovierungsarbeiten geplant, sodass das Haus eine absolute Empfehlung ist und in Zukunft erst recht sein wird. Den Punkt Abzug bei Sauberkeit habe ich auf Grund einer Vielzahl an Spinnweben in den Eckbereichen vergeben. Schlafzimmer, Bäder und auch Wohnbereich waren ansonsten super sauber. Die Kommunikation und auch Hilfsbereitschaft war super. Gerne, bei passender Gelegenheit, wieder.

Ferienhaus Nr. 172

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Jedoch die Sauberkeit in den Schlafzimmern war nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben alles mit der Mitarbeiterin besprochen. Trotz alledem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, und werden dies weiter empfehlen. M.f.G. Familie Mehler
