Cozy, quiet & informal private residence, owner on site, one parking space right next to entry. Includes Wi-Fi, self check in, private bath, A/C , night lights in & out. Close to all that matters, trying to bring the outside in. Comfy bedding, wonderful shower, in a very nice friendly neighborhood. Outdoor seating space.

Just as advertised

Had a great stay at this property. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything San Diego. John was great at communicating and had everything you need for your stay at this property. Really appreciate the timeliness of communication and the great hospitality. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you John!!!
