Horrible stay

Worse place to stay the neighborhood is terrible there is no street parking and thats not the worst of it i had not received any info on checking in and i messaged the guy and hour before check in with no response. We get to the property and i call him 3 times before he finally answered the phone and there was no room for us to park on the property. I get ahold of thr guy and he gives me the code to get in and as i opened the door there are people already inside and i tell the guu and he tells me he will figure it out and hangs up on me .they double booked the room and i talked to the people staying there they said the room was deplorable they didnt clean the room and they had to buy their own cleaning supplies and they said there was poop left in the toilet when they got there..the owner told me he would give me a refund and i called vrbo after we had to scramble to get a hotel last minute and they said he never contacted them for the refund so no i have to wait for them to get in contact with him after he didnt answer thier calls either...i highly recommend you do not stay there if i could give it negative stars i would!!!
