Enjoy a private suite studio all to yourself just minutes from North Park and the 805 and 15. Less than 4 miles to the zoo. You will be only a block away from shopping and food like Denny's, Jamba juice, Starbucks, Panda Express, McDonald's, Subway, and many more on University Ave.

This unit sleeps 2 people and has a queen-size
Serta plush mattress and feather down pillows for your comfort.

Please note that this unit is located on the corner of a very busy street. Please be aware that this is not a residential area. It's all commercial surrounding it. That means it can be noisy here and there is a lot of foot traffic too. The windows have been changed to a soundproofed window, and one wall that divides the units is partially soundproofed to help, but if you are sensitive to sound, I don't recommend this studio for your stay.

There is a small private yard for extra security and privacy during your stay. It's not very big, but it's a private space and won't be shared with the other units.

This is a small studio suite that has been closed off from the rest of the home. It contains a full bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure and a hallway that connects the two.

It does not have a kitchen sink, but it does have a microwave, small fridge, single burner, and toaster. It also has dishes and utensils.

This unit has plenty of storage space, with two closets, hallway storage, bathroom storage, and bedframe storage.

There is complimentary shower body wash, conditioner, shampoo, mouth wash, lotion, and body spray. Bath linen and extra bedding is provided for your stay as well.

There is one parking space for this unit. It's in a fence parking with a locked gate for security. If you have a larger vehicle, please let me know. These spaces are standard size but the lot is not very big.

There is a shared laundry on site. It's outside on the opposite side of the building and is shared with the other spaces. There is complimentary unscented laundry soap, bleach, and dryer sheets.
