My family of 7 had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The home was laid out so well and it was very spacious. And did I mention how clean this place was. The bathrooms were top notch… laid out well with beautiful tile work! Clean, clean, clean and no mold!We spent our evenings playing cards outside on the very spacious and private covered porch. The host was super responsive and kind! Also very accessible for those who can not do stairs or steps…. 0 entry. My son is in a manual wheelchair and was able to be 100% independent! Highly recommended!

Thank you, for being a great guest! We would be happy to host you again.
We had an amazing stay at this rental. Super close to entrance to the beach and cueva del Indio. Our host was welcoming and attentive. A little issue with the gate was resolved quickly. We highly recommend staying there and would come back again.
We came with 7 adults and the house was perfect. Exactly how it was described. 3 min. Ride to the beach. The porch was so relaxing to sit in the morning and listen to nature. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy the real Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
We loved your home!!! The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. The added plus of the second kitchen with washer and dryer was a big help. The outdoor deck was also very comfortable. We will definitely be renting this house again the next trip we take to Puerto Rico!!🇵🇷
Many blessings!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
I like the fact that it was better than the pictures, it had 2 of everything, kitchens, baths, dining rooms etc. all the commodities, beach equipment, you name it it has it. And the host Tatiana was so helpful, anytime that I need it her. I’ll do it again if I go back to Puerto Rico.
We went to Arecibo to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of my sister in law, and 9 of us, including the happy couple stayed in Casa grande. We rented both sides of the property (Apt. A and B). Since the party was early afternoon the hostess, Tatiana was very kind and made the arrangements so we could enter a bit earlier. Even though at the beginning we had a bit of difficulty trying to access both sides because the connecting door was closed, after several emails and phone calls the problem was solved.
The property is amazing. Everything was so clean and well organized! The 5 bedrooms were super spacious. The kitchens were well equiped. The decor was very pleasant. Our favorite part was the deck. We spent the mornings and nights there enjoying the breeze, chatting, sharing and just relaxing.
We recommend this place 100%.
The surrounding area is largely undeveloped. Not that there is anything wrong with it, but it's good to know beforehand. Also, there's a house down the road next to the neighbor's house that appears abandoned, but someone is actually living inside a large empty container or trailer.
Upon observing a few places in the house where the wall meets the floor and the kitchen ceiling, it seemed to me that the house had suffered significant water damage at some point and was repainted to conceal it.
We encountered some cleanliness issues, and the original listing included "hot tub" as an amenity. I messaged through the VRBO app, and Owner Tatiana responded dismissively, implying we fabricated the issue because her cleaners always perform well.
The worst part was that she updated the listing and removed "hot tub," responding arrogantly, stating, "We never advertised the house as having a hot tub." This is definitely not true; my son has a screenshot of the original listing clearly showing "hot tub" listed under amenities.
This was a clear and blatant lie and dishonest behavior. I prefer not to deal with people like that.

Thank you, Manan, for your review, albeit a bit misleading. As hosts we are constantly trying to improve our property and communication to accommodate a diverse number of guests. As such, our property is in a Rural Coastal Area as most homes in surrounding area would not be considered subdivisions or track homes. We do understand that some guests feel more comfortable in more urban settings.
Given the nature of the tropics, rain and humidity play a role in day to day life. We recently had to repair a leaky pipe (inside of a concrete wall) which is what you might be referring to as “water damage”. Added to that, constant maintenance is required to keep (concrete) roofs from leaking in older homes like ours. We do our best to keep the property to our standard and continue to improve.
When it comes to cleanliness, as hosts we rely on our service crew for information and at times miscommunication occurs. Since they are the ones constantly cleaning and preparing the home, we understand that they have a better pulse on how the house is left and prepared for our guests. We strive to address issues as promptly as possible when communicated and if the issue can be addressed.
Lastly, you neglected to mention the refund given due to not having a “hot tub”. We understand how a guest would feel misled when seeing hot tub as an amenity; however, we do not advertise a hot tub in our description or photos so it came to us as a surprise when you mentioned it. We were unaware of that amenity being selected as part of our property listing and corrected the mistake as soon as you communicated the conflict.
As to our character being arrogant, dismissive, and dishonest, it is unfortunate you feel that way. Do consider that written messages (how we mostly communicated) give little room for understanding one’s tone and intention.
Sincerely,
Tatiana & Francisco
