High end Townhome, newly constructed Jan 2021 and in the heart of Augusta Area. Perfect location!! Located in North Augusta, only minutes to dwtn Augusta, Med.University, all THREE floors are ready for your stay!!!. So much right super close by-Starbucks, Chickfila, Kroger Grocery, Walmart, Ruby Tuesdays, and more. Less than 3 miles to downtown Augusta/ Medical Univ. Only 7 mile to Augusta National, 2 miles to Greenway Trail. We are near finished decorating. Guests have private entry. On other hosting sites for last three years with super host rating.
The space
Large open rooms, cool city townhome feel. Deck on sunny side, easy entry through front door, parking in rear, front of garage. Wifi, 65" 4k TV Living room, 55" 4k TV master. Bedrooms are big, cool bunk room. 8 guests total - two king beds (4 guests) upstairs, and bunk beds intended for small adults or children. Ground floor studio Bedrm (2 guests) and FULL Bath. Garage is for owner storage and not available.
Guest access
Guests have access to the foyer lower level, studio and entire upper two floors. Garage for owner use at this time.
