Venture outside to the balcony, fire pit, and outdoor play area, where you can soak up the sun, roast marshmallows, or let the kids and pets can burn off energy! The Hangout consist of two structures separated by the pool. Main house features a large living room, dinning room and completely stocked kitchen. One bedroom and full bath along with laundry room on main level. The upstairs is large master bedroom, full bath and an futon in alcove for extra guest. Across from main house is separate structure with a downstairs game room, equipped with ping pong table, air hockey along with several board games. Also has full refrigerator, bar sink, half bath. Also provides a queen bed and futon. Great place to open the windows and fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and frogs! The upstairs has two queen beds, one single along with sitting area, tv, coffee maker, mini fridge and full bath. Plenty of outdoor spaces to spread out or gather!

The property is located in a private setting with a private pool, hot tub, and game room to keep everyone entertained at all times. Plenty of rooms to sleep in or take a nap without being disturbed. Would definitely book here again!!

A GREAT place to stay if you want to be off the grid & enjoy some peace and quiet! Pool is nice & refreshing! Sandi’s communication was excellent! Keep an eye out for snakes! We have visited The Hangout a total of 4 times & would DEFINITELY come back again in a couple of years! Great for kids.

Hangout vacation

Great place to stay when you want to get off the grid. No wifi service but the privacy is perfect! The pool is an amazing advantage to staying here. We had an amazing time being able to bring our fur baby. The entire property is fenced so letting your pet explore without worry while you get to enjoy and relax will be going back again!

The property was fantastic. It provided fun for the entire family. The pool was bigger than expected and very clean. The houses had several bed options to choose from and the kitchen had everything you would ever dream of needing. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay here again.

Nice private setting with a pool

The trip was nice the owner was available to us and responded quickly to questions and even came when we need help would recommend for a nice stay not to far out in the country but just enough to be peaceful to swim and relax. No internet and limited cell service in the hose could be a draw back to some but it was nice for our family becuase everybody got a break and had fun. Plus my kids had fun in the pool trying to catch the big bull frogs around.

Beautiful property

Overall i was pleasantly surprised. I was very comfortable and the property accommodated everyone realy well. I love the property is completely fenced in so i didn't have to worry about my pups. Great getaway

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We felt very comfortable and at home here. We were there to watch our son sing at Lee University, so we didn’t have much time to hike around. My husband and I hope to come back for a long weekend next summer to hike and swim. Communication with the home owner was very efficient. We’ll be back!

Great anniversary getaway

We love this place! We came here last year in 2023 for our anniversary and loved it so much that we wanted to come back. We've NEVER done that at any place we have stayed and liked. This place was just so private, peaceful and most importantly let us bring our dog. We love the hot tub and pool. And for ALL of those reasons, that's why we will be back again!!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for my family - we all live within an hour of the place and we wanted somewhere big enough to house us, their dogs, and swim. There was plenty of supplies for us at the house and they had a great space to hang out, talk, play games around the table and swim in the huge pool! The dogs loved being off leash and roaming the fenced in back yard. The host was great at communication and checking in on us. Would stay here again!

Great Getaway

My husband and I had a great getaway here with our dogs. We felt very comfortable and had more than enough space inside and out. Hiking Gee Creek was amazing for us and our dogs. We want to visit again when it’s warmer to be able to use the pool that looked amazing and to hike Star Mountain.
