Amazing views and property
We had an amazing time in this house, we were close enough to go to several small towns to shop but far enough to enjoy a private vacation. The property owners were absolutely amazing to talk to and the home was gorgeous. We felt right at home there. This is the perfect place to stay for a vacation!

Beautiful place
Our stay was great. The only downfall was the driveway we brought our motorcycles and the driveway was gravel. It was difficult to get the bikes up the driveway. If it was possible we would have left the bike trailer and bikes at the bottom by the gate. But other then then that our stay was great. We had a few hiccups with paper products but Brent took care of that for us. Places we would suggest for your stay is hitting up McCaysville and Blue Ridge GA. The mexican restaurant El Rio was good and Twisted Tomato had good pizza. The beach we went to was Vogel State Park. It was beautiful there and it is a Spring feed lake. (one of the locals told us that). Buck Bald Brewery had a bingo night so we had a fun time playing. We also hit The Tail of the Dragon. Merciers Orchard and Winery was a great place to go to. Get the slushie wine drinks.

We pride ourselves on offering you a fine selection of privately-owned properties to suit your vacation needs. Our homes range from cozy, economic cabins for the adventurous nomad looking to relax at the end of a long day of hiking, to romantic, secluded retreats for couples and honeymooners, and even fun family locations with games, barbecues, hot tubs and large outdoor areas.

All our homes are in full compliance with Florida and Tennessee state and county regulations regarding short term rentals and undergo rigorous annual reviews for quality, cleanliness and service.

My wife and I are super excited to have the ability to share our love and passion for travel. We love to create experiences and hope that you will join us on this journey...

Why they chose this property

We built King Bear because we love the beauty and majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We purchased this home exclusively for short-term vacation rentals and know you will love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Our home is perfectly located close to the Ocoee River where you can go whitewater rafting, go ziplining, horseback riding, or hiking. King Bear Cabin is the 1st home in the beautiful gated community of Eagles Nest. We believe our views are unmatched to any other homes in the area.
